SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read alongside them. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.


1. PROCESSING & DISPATCH TIME

We typically process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days.
During high-volume periods (festivals, sales, launches), processing may take slightly longer.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.


2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMELINES

After dispatch, delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available for your pin code)

Please note:

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, operational restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Zircon Jewels is not liable for delays once the package has been handed over to the courier.


3. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment.

We may offer limited-time free shipping or promotional shipping rates.
(For example: “Free shipping above ₹999” — only when explicitly mentioned.)

Any COD charges (if enabled) will be shown on the checkout page.


4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking link via:

  • SMS

  • Email

  • WhatsApp (if applicable)

Tracking status is updated by the courier partner and may take a few hours to reflect.


5. INCORRECT ADDRESS, FAILED DELIVERY & RTO

An order may be returned to origin (RTO) if:

  • the address provided is incorrect or incomplete

  • the customer is unavailable during delivery attempts

  • the customer does not respond to courier calls

  • the pin code becomes unserviceable

In such cases:

  • re-shipping charges may apply

  • refunds (if applicable) will be processed minus the shipping and RTO cost

Please double-check your delivery address before placing the order.


6. DAMAGED / MISSING ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or has missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Provide the following:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos of the outer and inner packaging

  • Product images

  • Unboxing video (strongly recommended for faster resolution)

We will assist you with the appropriate resolution (replacement or other support).


7. SERVICEABILITY

Availability of COD, express shipping, or delivery to your pin code depends on courier partners.
If your location is unserviceable, you will be notified at checkout.


 


8. DELIVERY PARTNERS

We ship through trusted delivery partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, XpressBees, or others depending on your region.

Once your package is handed over to the courier, Zircon Jewels is not liable for:

  • delays caused by the courier

  • failed delivery attempts

  • weather or operational disruptions
